Recurso de súplica interpuesto contra el auto del 18 de diciembre de 2013, dictado por el magistrado Nilson Pinilla Pinilla para rechazar la demanda de la referencia por persistir la carencia de certeza, especificidad y suficiencia detectada en la inadmisión.
La Sala Plena precisa que no existen elementos que permitan refutar los lineamientos hechos en el auto recurrido y que el actor es reiterativo en los argumentos que inicialmente sirvieron como fundamento para inadmitir la demanda.

CONFIRMAR el auto del dieciocho (18) de diciembre de 2013, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Luis Fernando Jaramillo Duque, en contra los artículos 21 y 35 (parcial) del Decreto 2067 de 1991, "Por el cual se dicta el régimen procedimental de los juicios y actuaciones que deban surtirse ante la Corte Constitucional".
